Online Ordering Terms and Conditions

Online Ordering

You agree to register your interest to purchase the vehicle (the “Vehicle”) described in your online request from your selected Royal Enfield Australia dealer (the “Dealership”). Your credit card will be charged a refundable, transferable holding deposit (the “Deposit”). The Deposit is refundable up until the time you sign the Dealership supplied sales documents. After that time, the dealership may charge you a fee. The credit card information will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy for the purpose of the deposit. The Deposit will appear on your bank statement with a reference of “WEB MOTO“.

Request Process

After completing your request on the website, you will receive an email with the details of your order (“Reservation Email”) from Royal Enfield Australia. This email will include details on how to contact Royal Enfield Australia if you have any questions. The Dealership will then contact you either by phone, email, SMS, post mail or all four methods to confirm your order, including the availability of the Vehicle, and supply the necessary documents to complete the sale along with additional information regarding the status of your order, and the preparation and delivery timing to pick up the Vehicle at the selected Dealership. The Dealership may request an additional deposit as part of their sales process.

Deposit

The Deposit is automatically transferred to the Dealership once they have confirmed the sale with you or after 7 days, whichever comes first. Up until that point, you can request a refund of your Deposit directly with Royal Enfield Australia using the contact details supplied in the Reservation Email. Payment for your order will be due in full (excluding the deposit) at the Dealership before the Vehicle is registered in your nominated registration name.
